Delete your Ilayra account

You can delete your Ilayra account and all its data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

• Open Ilayra and sign in.
• Go to You › My profile › Delete account.
• Choose a reason, enter your password and confirm.

Your account and everything linked to it on our servers are deleted at once, and the key to your data on your phone is destroyed, so it cannot be recovered. You can download a copy of your data first (Privacy Centre › Download my data).

Without the app

If you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the email address registered on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 7 days, and confirm by email.

What is kept

Nothing that identifies you. If you tell us why you are leaving, we keep only that reason, with no link to you, for one year. Content-free activity logs (for example, "account deleted" with a date) are kept for one year as the law requires, linked only to a random code.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
